FAWEN LAGOS CHAPTER CELEBRATES INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE GIRL CHILD
On Thursday, October 17, 2024, The Forum for African Women Educationalists Nigeria (FAWEN) Lagos Chapter, celebrated the International Day of the Girl Child in Lagos highlighting the opportunities and challenges that girls encounter.. Present at the event held at Command Day Secondary School (CDSS), Ikeja Military Cantonment, Lagos, were educators, healthcare professionals, and activists who shared insights and highlighted the need for the girls to dream big and overcome societal hurdles.
